Agreement amending the Emergency Housing Fund (EHF) Grant No. 24-46108-10 with City of Moses Lake adding funds in the amount of $585,,000. 4. Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board Special Occasion License for Greater Crescent Bar Owners Association and their event taking place September 1, 2024 at Sunserra Golf Course located at 23572 Sunserra Loop NW, Quincy, WA. 5. Thank you letter to Lourence Dormaier for his service and commitment to serve on the Veterans Advisory Board. 6. Request from Cape Cod Moors, Inc. to gift real property to Grant County at no cost. Parcel No. 150593001— 9.74 acres of undeveloped land. Public Works recommends accepting the parcel for their use. 7. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Agreement with Senior Opportunity and Services Moses Lake, in the amount of $75,000. Term is March 2, 2021 to September 30, 2026. Previous Agreement was for Reimbursement, this one is for Advance Payment. 8. Letter to the WA Tier 3 PP LLC, C Falk regarding License No. 426730 and No. 427537. The application for change of location into Grant County is denied by Commissioners due to current moratorium but approved by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB). Letter informs the applicant that violation of Ordinance will result in formal enforcement action. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES 9. Budget extension request in the amount of $3.,726.79 to purchase already approved specialty items for the Fire Marshal Vehicle. Quote for items exceeds the approved budget amount of $5,,000.00. NEW HOPE 10. Request permission for Suzi Fode to Docu-Sign Grant No. F22-31219-450 with Department of Commerce for Children's Advocacy Center Child Centered Services VOCA Initiative starting July 11 2024 through June 30, 2025 in the amount of $115,088.00, 11. Permission for Suzi Fode, Director, to Docu-Sign the Children's Advocacy Centers of Washington (CACWA) Capacity Grant Program Contract No. 170-A-GRANT-CAP-24 with New Hope for a term of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 in the amount of $30,187.00. 12. Request permission for Suzi Fode to Docu-Sign Grant No. 25-31310-165 with Department of Commerce for Core and Specialized Sexual Assault Services in the amount of $320.,951.00 for term of July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. 13. Out of State Travel Request for Paola Gil, Advocate to travel to Oakland, CA for Girls Circle Facilitator training October 21— 24, 2024. Total cost: $1,275.00. PHRI_IC WORKS 14. Additional RATA Request for H-SE Road Reconstruction project. RAP Project No. 1319-02. Increased amount of $900,,000 for RATA total of $2,565.,000. 15. RAP Funding Amendment, Increased RATA funding for 9-NW Road (SR 283 to Dodson Rd) Project No. 1322-01(24-13-1089). 16. Interlocal agreement between Royal School District and Grant County (Renew) to provide counseling services to District students. Effective August 27, 2024 through July 11, 2025. Legal review approved June 10, 2024. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 18. Grant County Sheriff's Office would like to purchase LEADS Online for $6,702. Software will be utilized by all divisions of GSCO to assist with property crime investigations as well as narcotics investigations. GCSO would also like to purchase Cellhawk for $5,995. This will replace their current software (ZETX), which has been deemed unreliable by Colorado Courts. This software will also be utilized by all divisions of GCSO. 19. Budget extension request for INET in the amount of $59,000, and approval to accept the Washington Auto Theft Prevention Authority (WATPA) reimbursement grant in the amount of $55,000 with a term of June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Grant will be used to reimburse INET purchase of Flock cameras.
