Appointment Letter for Robin Fazendetothe Grant County Fair Advisory Committee for a 3-year term beginning July 30, 2024 through July 29, 2027. 4. Letter of Support for Energy Northwest regarding Electric Vehicle Charging at the Desert Aire Shopping Center in Grant County. 5. Letter of Support for People for People regarding their grant funding application to the Washington State Department of Transportation - Public Transportation Grant Projects to serve Adams, Lincoln and Grant Counties. 6. Letter of Support for the Center Senior Living's plan to increase and improve Senior housing and services in Grant County. 7. Reimbursement request from Renew on the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) grant in the amount of $13.,518.32 for the months of February 2024 — May 2024 under the Designated Crisis Responder (DCR) Category. 8. Request from City of Moses Lake for reallocation of funds on the Emergency Housing Fund (EHF) grant No. 24-4619D-106. Staff recommends denying their request. 9. Agreement amending the Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) 24-46108-10 with the Housing Authority of Grant County to add $310,615.00 for a new total of $2,376,719.00. 10. Budget Extension Request for Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2023-04, City of Quincy amount of $325,000.00., SIP No. 2023-05, Port District No. 4 amount of $779,000.00., SIP No. 2023-06, Grant County Hospital District No. 4 amount of $166,643.00 and SIP No. 2024-01, Port of Royal Slope amount of $85,,000.00. Total amount is $1.,355,.643.00. 11. National Opioids Settlement Agreement — Kroger Settlement: Participation Form and Allocation Agreement (CL-798836) DISTRICT COURT 12. Request to cancel contract between District Court and Pay Assist (Armada Corp). 13. Requesting permission for Desiree Ochocinski to sign contracts between District Court and Dynamic Collectors. The three contracts are for Pre -Collection Services, Collection Servies and payment plan services. The term is ongoing. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE 14. Facilities is asking for approval to proceed with the project to install more access control readers at the Ephrata Campus and Wheeler Road Facility. The budget for the projects is $43,966, and there is also a grant for District Court Security Improvements for $24,,000, for a total budget of $67,966. Second amendment to Behavioral Health Services Telemedicine Agreement between Seattle Children's Hospital and Grant county (Renew) to extend the term of the Agreement. Term date is August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2025 SAFETY COMMITTEE ,49. Continued from the July 15, 2024 Consent Agenda: The Safety Committee humbly recommends updating and revising the Grant County Safety and Risk Management Policies &Procedures Manual of March 1996 as well as the reference to WAC 296-24-045 in GC Policy 1104.2.1 to \� better reflect current needs and legal requirements. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 20. Surplus Asset No. SA20236 Load Bearing Vest (LBV) with Ballistic Panels will be sold to East Wenatchee Police Department. $952.68 for an employee that is transferring to East Wenatchee Police Department. 21. Out of State Travel Request for Brad Poldervart. Traveling to Meridian Idaho to attend 10 week Polygraph School. He will stay in Idaho for the duration of the training. Per diem $5,217.00., Tuition $5995.00,. Lodging $12.,500.00. Total is $23.,750.00. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 22. Purchase order No. 550 to Lexipol for Annual Corrections Policy Manual and Daily Training Bulletins Renewal, $10,177.57. This is used by the Grant County Sheriff's Office (GSCO).
