WHEREAS, the contractor, Wheeler Excavation of Benton Cit Washington, required y VI) Cot s
Pursuant to their contract �cxs ington, has completed all work
West Road Project; and With Grant County for County Road Project (CRP) 23-047 Baseline
WHEREAS, this Project has been examined by the County 0 nbeen found to be in
compliance with applicable specificatineer and has ons and drawings; and gi
WHEREAS, it is the County Road Engineer's recommendation that the Grant County Board Of County
Commissioners formally accept the contractor's work and consider the Project complete;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Grant County Commissioners concur with
the County Road Engineer's recommendation and hereby accepts the work performed by Wheeler
Excavation, under contract with Grant County for the above -mentioned Project, as being complete in
conformance with the project drawings and specifications.
