RE: Request to Surplus Capital Asset
Dear Commissioners:
This is a request to surplus a. capital asset that was removed from our facility.
On July 31, 2024, Grant County Technology Services staff and Kelley Create staff, removed a
large MFP copier/scanner bearing Asset Tag #500015.. This machine vas years old and in
disrepair..
Please remove this asset from 'inventory.

RESOLUTION TO DECLARE
SURPLUS OF CAPITAL ASSET
FROM JUVENILE COURT
AND YOUTH SERVICES
RESOLUTION No. 24-107S -CC
WHEREAS, The Grant County Department of Juvenile Court and Youth Services has a Large
MFP Copier/Scanner bearing Asset Tag #50015; and
WHEREAS, this Department, Grant County Technology Services, and the distributor Kelley
Create, have determined that this item is no longer of use due to age and disrepair; and
WHEREAS, Grant County Technology Services, and the staff of distributor Kelley Create have
removed said Copier/Scanner from this Department's facility; and
WHEREAS, this Department requests the Board of County Commissioners declare this item
surplus in order to remove it from their inventory list permanently.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the above named Large MFP Copier/Scanner as presented by Grant
County Juvenile Court and Youth Services.
