RE: Request to Surplus Capital Asset
Dear Commissioner&
any writing to formally request the surplus of a capital asset from our department.
Recently, we filed a police report following a break-in of one of our county vehicles (Case
Number, #24ML.I.1333). During the incident an old
Motorola CB radio, Model- CD.M1250, Asset
Tag #104539, Serial #103TPG8472, was stolen. As a result, this asset is no longer in our
possession.
