Transfer of Real Property — Grant County, Washington Our File No. 27971-001 Dear Board of Commissioners: Our office represents Cape Cod Moors, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Corporation") with respect to a parcel of real property situated in Grant County, Washington and wholly owned by the Corporation. The shareholders of the Corporation have decided it is in the best interest of the Corporation to distribute the Corporation's remaining assets and dissolve. As part of the dissolution plan for the Corporation, the shareholders of the Corporation desire to gift to Grant County Parcel #150593001 (the "Parcel"). The Parcel consists of 9.74 acres of undeveloped land, a property report for which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. The Corporation is prepared to proceed with the transfer immediately upon confirmation of the Board's interest in acquiring the Parcel.
