RECITALS A. Renew and Children's are currently party to that certain Behavioral Health Services Telemedicine Agreement last executed on May 5, 2015, as amended by First Amendment effective as of August 1, 2023 (together, the "Agreement"),pursuant to which Children's provides or arranges for the provision of certain behavioral health telemedicine services to pediatric and adolescent patients of Renew. B. The term of the Agreement is currently set to expire on July 31, 2024. C. The parties now wish to extend the term of the Agreement AGREEMENT NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, the parties amend the Agreement as follows: 1. Term. The term of the Agreement is extended until July 31, 2025. 2. Effect. Except as amended in this Second Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect. 3. Counterparts. This Second Amendment may be executed electronically and in multiple counterparts,, each of which shall be deemed an original, lout all of which together shall constitute one in the same instrument.
