RESOLUTION TO DECLARE GRANT RESOLUTION No. 24 - 05 F -CC
COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS SURPLUS OF
CERTAIN COUNTY -OWNED PROPERTY
AND ORDERING THE SALE THEREOF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners gave of its intention to surplus and
dispose of said property listed on Attachments A and B through the following site:
www.publicsurplus.com and/or www.GovDeals.com; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on the said proposition on the 25th day of June
2024, at the hour of 3:20 P.M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Grant County, Washington, having fully considered the proposition, finds that said Public Works
County -owned vehicles and equipment are not required for County purposes and that the public
will benefit by declaring said vehicles and equipment surplus and disposing of them in a manner
consistent with RCW 36.34.080.
