Vasquez, Clerk of q � the Board Anthony Garcia, Veteran Service Officer er Date: July 3, 2024 Re: Remodel of Juvenile Office on ivy Street for Veteran Services Commissioners: Anthony Garcia and I discussed with you y on 7/1/24 the potential to remodel the Juvenile Services office space on Ivy Street Mose venue /Youth Moses Lake, to allow Veteran Services to utilize office space they do not need. Here are the costs, as provided b some of the ' ' Maintenance Manager: y Kevin Sc hmidt, Facilities and • $10,000 —cost of remodel materials ' for electrical, walls, doors acoustic etc. batting, permits, • $5,000 — per sit and stand chairs f ' le cabinets o Approx. Total: $25,000 The Board was going to discuss with Tom Gaines, the potential to use REET funds (Comp Plan / Capital Facilities Plan).
