• 1502 Moratorium expires July 2024, and we will need one more extension to address the
changes in this years UDC Amendment Docket Cycle, which starts July 1, 2024, and ends
December 31, 2024. We are proposing two options on how to move forward:
o Prohibit any new 1502 Producer -Processors in Grant County (establish this limit based on
current actual numbers)
o Allow only in industrial zoning districts

AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.

3. Proclamation recognizing June 6, 2024, as "Chief for a Day" in honor and recognition of the
children, sponsored by the Grant County Sheriff's Office.
4. Reimbursement request from the City of Moses Lake on their previously approved American
Rescue Plan Act (ABPA) funding in the amount of $269,385.04.
5. Reimbursement request from New Hope on their previously approved American Rescue Plan Act
(ARPA) funding in the amount of $23,610.12 for April 2024 expenses.
6. Reimbursement request from Port District No. 4, Coulee City, on Strategic Infrastructure
Program (SIP) Project No. 2023-05, Coulee City Medical Center in the amount of $114,,868.37.

7. Final reimbursement request from Port of Quincy, on Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP)
Grant No. 2022-08, Industrial Water Extension in the amount of $26,450.24.
8. Reimbursement request from McKay Healthcare & Rehabilitation on Strategic Infrastructure
Program (SIP) Project No. 2023-01, Phase 1 Architecture & Engineering Site Plan in the amount
of $64,730.87.
