Letter of support for Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the U.S. Department of Labor's National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) — FOA -ETA -24-15 grant application. 4. Appointment of Brandon Douglass to the Board of Equalization as an Alternate Member with a term of April 23, 2024, through April 22, 2027. 5. Reimbursement request from Big Bend Community College on their previously approved American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding in the amount of $5.,338.51 for March 2024 expenses under the Expansion Healthcare Program. 9. Letter of support for the City of Moses Lake and their Coordinated Low -Income Housing Planning (CLIHP) Grant with the Washington State Department of Commerce. 10. Reimbursement request from Grant County Housing Authority on Department of Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 24-46108-10, in the amount of $185,061.61 for January 2024 expenses. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE 11. Contract with Novak Heating and Air LLC, in the amount of $9,,742.43 for the Grant County Project SM 2402, replacing the HVAC system at Grant County Facility located at 1274 Lowry Drive., Moses Lake. FAIRGRnHNDS 12. Request to implement a cleaning fee of $200.00 for events that have reduced rates as well as fee -waived events to help offset staff costs associated with cleaning after such events. E. of W.M. to the Grant County Public Utility District (PUD). 14. Approval of Title VI Plan for Local Public Agencies (CPA's) with Populations over 75,000.
