In attendance were Commissioners Carter, Stone (via Webex) and Jones (via Webex), Kirk Eslinger, Administrative Director of Organizational Services, and Sam Castro, Public Works. In attendance were Commissioners Carter, Stone (via Webex) and Jones. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. • Correspondence (i.e. Emails that have come in that need response, letters of support etc.) • Commissioners Roundtable — Miscellaneous Discussion • Consent Agenda — (Items 1 through 15) All items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion of the commissioners with no separate discussion. If a separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed and placed under Board Discussion/Decision. A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to approve the consent agenda as presented. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. AUDITOR'S OFFICE 1. Letter of support for Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the U.S. Department of Labor's National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) — FOA -ETA -24-15 grant application. 4. Appointment of Brandon Douglass to the Board of Equalization as an Alternate Member with a term of April 23, 2024, through April 22, 2027. 5. Reimbursement request from Grant County Housing Authority on the Department of Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 24-46108-10, in the amount of $111,052.00 for March 2024 expenses. 8. Reimbursement request from Big Bend Community College on their previously approved American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding in the amount of $5.,338.51 for March 2024 expenses under the Expansion Healthcare Program. 9. Letter of support for the City of Moses Lake and their Coordinated Low -Income Housing Planning (CLIHP) Grant with the Washington State Department of Commerce. 10. Reimbursement request from Grant County Housing Authority on Department of Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 24-46108-10, in the amount of $185,061.61 for January 2024 expenses. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE 11. Contract with Novak Heating and Air LLC, in the amount of $9,742.43 for the Grant County Project SM 2402, replacing the HVAC system at Grant County Facility located at 1274 Lowry Drive., Moses Lake. FAIRGRmNnS 12. Request to implement a cleaning fee of $200.00 for events that have reduced rates as well as fee -waived events to help offset staff costs associated with cleaning after such events. Resolution No. 24 -041 -CC in the matter of transferring jurisdiction of excess 10 ft of rights, east side of Stratford roadlog 94025 in Sections 14, 23 and 26 of Township 22 N Range 28. E. of W.M. to the Grant County Public Utility District (PUD). 14. Approval of Title VI Plan for Local Public Agencies (CPA's) with Populations over 75,000. TECHNOLOGY SERVICES 15. Purchase Order No. 532 to the Apple Store for the purchase of (10) iPad Pro's to be used by the Grant County Sheriff's Office.
