AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.

3. Commissioners March 25, 2024 Minutes for approval.
4. Due date extension request from McKay Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center on the Strategic
Infrastructure Project (SIP) No. 2023-01, Architecture and Engineering Site Plan, to a new end
date of December 31, 2024.
.5. Letter of support to Highline Growers / US Department of Transportation for the Federal CRISI
Grant application for the Washington State Rural Rail Rehabilitation, Phase III: Improving Supply
Chain Efficiency and Resiliency.
6. Grant County Economic Development Council 2024 Municipal Services Agreement to provide
services as outlined in Building prosperity. Term is January 1, 2024 — December 31, 2024.
7. Request from Ricardo Gutierrez to use the Courthouse property for Basin Summer Showdown
2024 on July 27, 2024. If approved, the 2024 Agreement regarding Use of County Property for
Public Use will be signed.
8. Amendment C to the Consolidated Homeless Grant No. 24-46108-10, adding inflation increase
funding and local document recording fees support funding in the amount of $1.,711,876.00.
The new contract total is $4.,521.,198.00 and a new start and new end date is June 301 2025.
CENTRAL SERVICES
9. Guaranteed Maximum Construction Cost (GMP) for the new jail and Sheriff's administration
building. Contract was written by Perkins Coie and approved by the Prosecuting Attorney.
Amount (not including "soft" costs) is $131,,561,,370.00.
10. Request for approval to pay $6,.000.00 for a current appraisal of the work release facility. Agri -
Com will be performing the appraisal and funded through their professional services budget.

11. Request to purchase a used trash compactor not on the 2024 Equipment Replacement Program,
in the amount of $498,961.00, from Yakima County, to replace equipment ID# 0453.
12. State of Washington Department of Ecology Agreed Order No. DE 3810 — Response to PLP's
schedule proposal and end of amendment negotiations for the County Ephrata Landfill 1
Cleanup site.

13. Contract with Benton Franklin Power Vac, Inc. dba BF Power Vad, to clean the ducts at their
Moses Lake Office, for the amount of $116,,618.89.
14. Contract with Guardian Roofing and exteriors, to remove and replace the current roof at their
Quincy Office, for the amount of $36,,585.31.
15. Out of state travel for Ryah Boldman, Michelle Agliano, and Winefred Forrest (employees of the
Renew -Soap Lake Coalition) to attend the CADCA Mid -Year conference in Chicago, IL from
7/14/24 —7/18/24.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
16. Contract with Legends Music, LLC to add Pre -Made 8% or below ABV Canned Spirit Cocktails to
General Seating to Grant County to Grant County Local Authority. This is for events held at the
Gorge Amphitheater during concert season.

17. Contract with Manatron Inc. to continue access to TaxSifter/REETSifter on the county website
for 2024. The cost is $14,.250.00
