Your company is requested to provide a quote to upgrade three (3) trucks with the Raven Viper 4 field
computers to utilize the Slingshot Job Sync feature by installing three Field Hub Kits.

Description
This is a formal request for bids to upgrade three (3) trucks with the Raven Viper 4 field
computers by installing field hub kits to utilize the Slingshot Job Sync feature for Grant County Public
Works Vegetation Program. This work must be performed by a Raven Platinum Partner Dealer with a
field service truck for mobile repair. Any fabrication work must be performed by a certified welder.
General Specifications
The trucks and sprayers are available for inspection at:
124 Enterprise St. Ephrata WA 98823
0 Must be based off WA State DES contract # 02818.
• Include and install Field Hub Kits — Slingshot Data Components (117-0171-304 or equal)
• Include 11t year subscription as well as data plan that is compatible with Grant County
• Replace any wiring with Factory Wiring if needed.
• Work shall be completed by July 311, 2024.
Instructions to Bidders
1. Sealed Bids, plainly marked BID for Raven Job Sync Upgrade, will be received by Grant County at
the Grant County Public Works Office located in Ephrata WA. 124 Enterprise Street., Ephrata WA
98823, until 9:00 AM, Tuesday July 2nd,, 2024, and then and there in the Public Meeting Room
be opened and publicly read.
2. The bidder shall submit a bid on all items listed, including tax and be a lump sum.
3. Proposal signature sheet(s) must be signed.
4. ALL exceptions or changes to the specifications must be attached to the proposal sheet(s) in
written form.
5. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject or accept all or part of the
proposal submitted by the bidder.
6. The Clock of Record for this bid is the Time Stamp Clock in the Grant County Public Works Office.
Confirmation of Receipt of Proposal
An e-mail confirmation of receipt of the proposal will be provided within 2 business days of receipt. If
you do not receive a confirmation of receipt, please contact:

AWARD OF PROPOSAL
