Vasquez, Clerk of the Board Jim Anderson -Cook, Deputy Director of Development Services Chris Young, Director of Development Services Katie Smith, Chief Accountant Public: See Sign In Sheet The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a budget extension request from Development Services in the amount of $130,785.00 for the proposed Shrubsteppe Mitigation Banking program. Chris Young, Director of Development Services discussed their request. The contract award went to Ardurra and Habitat Bank LLC who will manage the program. A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to close the public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by Commissioner Jones to approve the budget extension as presented. Commissioner Stone seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
