AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.
2. Resolution relating to the amendment of Fund 128.170 titled "Domestic Violence Services". The
amendment changes the name of the fund to "New Hope" as well as directs the County
Treasurer to invest all funds for the benefit of the fund.
COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE
3. Special occasion liquor license application for Desert Aire Golf & Country Club and their event to
be held at the Snack Shack/Desert Aire Golf Course & Country Club, Mattawa, WA on May 18-
19, 2024, from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
4. Notice of Cannabis License Application regarding change of corporate officers/stockholders
application for Crescent Bar Hospitality, LLC. (Hangar Pub), in Quincy, WA from the Washington
State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
5. Reimbursement request from HopeSource on the Department of Commerce Emergency Housing
Fund (EHF) Grant No. 24-4619D-106, in the amount of $53.,786.59 for November and December
2023 expenses.
6. Reimbursement request from Renew on their previously approved American Rescue Plan Act
(ARPA) Funding, in the amount of $8,974.30 for January 2024 Suicide Prevention, DCR expenses.

7. Reimbursement request from Renew on their previously approved American Rescue Plan Act
(ABPA) Funding, in the amount of $9,067.71 for January 2024 Suicide Prevention Expenses.
8. Previously approved in February 2024, budget transfer in the amount of $17,723.53 from
Tourism Commission to LTAC. It was determined that this amount was incorrect, and this
transfer was not completed. The new requested amount to transfer is $17,529.63.
9. Reappointment letter for Kent Karstetter to the Current Use Advisory Committee for a term of
March 19, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
10. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Beneficiary Agreement with HopeSource in the amount of
$40,876.00 on an advance payment basis for eligible costs incurred during the period of March
3, 2021, through September 30, 2026.
11. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Beneficiary Agreement with Senior Opportunity and Services -
- Moses Lake, in the amount of $75.,000.00 on a reimbursement payment basis for eligible costs
incurred during the period of March 3, 2021, through September 30, 2026.
12. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Beneficiary Agreement with Ephrata Senior Center in the
amount of $26,926.56 on an advance payment basis for eligible costs incurred during the period
of March 3, 2021, through September 30, 2026.
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
13. General Agreement and Provisions of Contract for Anchor QEA "Consultant", for the Washington
State Department of Ecology 2023-2025 Shoreline Competitive Grant Agreement No. SEASPC-
2325-GrCoDS-00010, to develop a framework and GIS tool tracking, monitoring, and adaptive
management of the ecological functions of Grant County shorelines.

14. Request to purchase (3) pursuit -rated SUVs for the Grant County Sheriff's Department in the
amount of $182,666.42. These purchases were not budgeted for the 2024 year but are to
replace vehicles #7076, #7152, and #7153 that were involved in accidents. To offset this
purchase, the Sheriff's Office is forgoing their budgeted (2) budgeted BMW motorcycle
purchases in the amount of $78,.252.12 leaving a balance of $104,414.30 which will be funded
from the ER&R budget.
15. Award letter to Sorensen Transport for the Asphalt Hauling and Dispatch Services 2024-2026, in
the amount of $131.,600.00 — $235,120.00.
16. Award letter to SS Equipment for the Towable Rock Rake project in the amount of $20,.476.76
including tax.
17. Award letter to Ironclad Company for the Broom Wafers 2024 project in the amount of
$25,342.00 not including tax.
18. Award letter to Braber Equipment LTD for the Rock Rake Teeth project in the amount of
$4,182.00 not including sales tax.
19. Resolution Notice of Hearing for budget extension in the amount of $150,000.00 for the
Baseline Road Widening Project, REET 2 supplemental funding consideration. The hearing will be
held April 9, 2024, at 3:15 p.m.
20. Resolution Notice of Hearing for Budget extension in the amount of $11.,443.00., from Fund #510
ER&R Beginning Cash Balance to Fund 510.080 ER&R Cap Purchase, for the purchase of a 2024
Trailking Trailer. The original amount budgeted for this item in 2024 was $30,000.00. This

budget extension is for the difference in the quoted price from Pape Machinery. The hearing will
be held April 9, 2024, at 3:15 p.m.
21. Resolution amending the County Road Project designated at CRP No. 23-07 for the Silica Road
Reconstruction in the amount $1.,000,.000.00.

22. Purchase Order No. 528 from Ednetics (EDNTC) in the amount of $17,755.93 for Cisco Umbrella
DNS Security Advantage for SP's with Managed Services Contract.
