Vasquez, Clerk of the Board Kevin Schmidt, Facilities and Maintenance Manager Katie Smith, Chief Accountant Public: See Sign In Sheet The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a budget extension request from Facilities and Maintenance in the amount of $7,386.64 for vehicle allocation and purchase for the maintenance integration. They budgeted $116,.000.00 for the vehicles but the cost came in at $123.,387-00. Funding will come from Current Expense —Beginning Fund Balance (001). Funding will come from Current Expense — Beginning Fund Balance (001). A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to close the public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by Commissioner Jones to approve the budget extension as presented. Commissioner Stone seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
