AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.
CENTRAL SERVICES
2. Grant Agreement No. K5051 with Washington State Agriculture for a grant to offset costs for a
new MUSCO lighting project at the fairgrounds, grant amount is $145,000-00. The term ending
date is May 21, 2025.
3. Contract with Basin Heating and Refrigeration for approved Capital Project CSD-2402f

Barn Water Upgrades in the amount of $15,989.00.
4. Contract with J&M Electric in the amount of $51,395.00 for an approved Capital Project, CSD-
2405fg, Horse Barn Electrical Editions.
5. One-year extension to KYS Lawn Care and Maintenance contract for mowing services at the
Fairgrounds in the amount of $6,193.37.
COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE
6. Reappointment letter for David Dormier to the Fair Advisory Committee (FAC) for a third, 3 -year
term from March 26, 2024, through March 25, 2027.
7. Reappointment letter for Kevin Burgess to the Fair Advisor Committee(FAC)for a third -
