Suggests signage to help deter littering. • Approval of Agenda A motion was made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to approve the agenda as presented. Agreement amending the Department of Commerce Housing Division Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG),, Contract No. 24-46108-10. Subrecipient agreement between Grant County and Housing Authority of Grant County. The amendment increases the total amount payable by the County to the subrecipient by $706,.876.00 for a new total of $2,626,104.00. 17. Reimbursement request from Renew on the Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant (CDBG-CV) No. 20-6221C-111 in the amount of $37,460.21 for July 2023 through November 2023 expenses. FAIRGROUNDS 18. Request to authorize payment in the amount of $10,000.00 to Washington Counties Risk Group (WCRG) for the deductible amount for the Armstong case. (They will utilize Professional Service Funds for this expense: 116.159) PUBLIC WORKS 19. Parametrix Amendment No. 27, Fiscal Year 2024 Ephrata Landfill, Engineering and Environmental Services. The total cost of the project is $624,431.05, which was accounted for within the budget allocation for 2024. 20. Recommendation to award the 500 -Gallon Sprayer — Vegetation Crew Project to Ag Enterprise Supply, Inc., in the amount of $19,105.24. Upon approval, an award letter will be signed. 21. The amendment extends the original MOU from December 31, 2022, through September 30, 2024. 24. Out-of-state travel request for Pete Gonzales to attend the AAS National Conference in Las Vegas, NV., from May 4, 2023, through May 11, 2024. SHERIFF'S OFFICE 25. Request to surplus a Point Blank Body Armor Vest, asset #SA20766, to the Moses Lake Police Department in the amount of $1,289.22 due to the transfer of an employee. (Resolution No. 24- 013 -CC) 26. Port of Ephrata Use Agreement to utilize Port District No. 9 of Grant County, (Port of Ephrata) taxiway B to conduct Emergency Vehicle & Motorcycle Operator Instructor's Course.
