Purpose This Service Level Agreement Number 2024-001 (SLA) is executed by the Washington State Consolidated Technology Services (CTS), hereinafter referred to as Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) and Grant County hereinafter referred to as the Customer. pursuant to the terms and conditions of Customer Service AgreementNumber 8130-0(CSA).
