event to be held at the Grant County Fairgrounds, 4-H Building, 3959 Airway Dr. NE, Moses Lake,
on March 19, 2024, from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
4. Appointment letter for Ashton Stevens to the Grant County Water Conservancy Board for a 6 -
year term from February 06, 2024, through February 05, 2030.
5. Special occasion liquor license application for Royal Golf Club Association and their event to be
held at the Haven Event Center, 2587 Road 10 SW, Royal City, on March 02, 2024.
6. Special occasion liquor license application for Eastern Washington Junior Rodeo Association and
the event to be held at Tin Roof Venues, 14117 Rd 8 NE, Moses Lake, on February 24, 2024.
7. Grant County Tourism Promotion Agreement, Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) Grant No.
2024-33, to the Grant County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee in the amount of $35,616.00 for
Year -Round Promotion.
8. Reimbursement request from Community Services of Moses Lake, Moses Lake Food Bank, in the
amount of $200,000.00 as part of their American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding for their
remodel.
9. 2024 Veterans Assistance Fund Policies and Procedures for approval.
10. Request to amend previously awarded (October 24, 2023) American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA)
Funding to New Hope. The amendment would change the approved funding amount from
$406,214.00 to 460,214.00 for a new total of $1,504,222.00 of approved funding.
11. Grant County Tourism Promotion Agreement Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) Grant No.
2024-01, in the amount of $600,000.00 to Grant County Public Works for their Gorge
Amphitheater Road Widening project.
12. Reappointment letter for Travis Herring to the Grant County Current Use Advisory Committee
for a term beginning February 06, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
13. 2024 Animal Shelter Contract with Grant County Animal Outreach in the amount of
$100,000.00.
DISTRICT COURT
14. Out-of-state travel request for Alma Farias to attend the NDCI Practitioner Training in Oklahoma
City, OK., March 18, 2024, through March 23, 2024. The total cost of travel is $3.,100.00.

15. Request for director Suzi Fode to DocuSign the Washington State Department of Commerce
Grant Agreement with New Hope through the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy Community
Services Division, Grant No. 24-31325-2111 for Healing, Support & Transition Services. The term
of the agreement is January 10, 2024, through June 30, 2024, in the amount of $348,893.00.
16. Request for director Suzi Fode to DocuSign the Cooperative Agreement between 2024 Award
Recipient and National Children's Alliance, Agreement No. MDSE -WA -P124. The term of the
agreement is January through December 2024 in the amount of $45,850.00.

17. Interlocal Agreement between Grant County and the Town of Wilson Creek to sub -grant funds
from the Washington State Department of Ecology Solid Waste Financial Assistance Grant to
maintain a yard waste and recycling program for town residents. Funds shall not exceed
$6,,750.00 and the term is July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025.
18. Authorization to call for bids for the Culvert Materials 2024 project. Bid opening will take place
on February 27, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.
19. Authorization to call for bids for the Asphalt Materials 2024 project. Bid opening will take place
on February 27, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.
20. Resolution notice of hearing to conduct the Annual Update of the Public Works Service Fee
Policy. The hearing is scheduled to take place on February 27, 2024, at 3:15 p.m.
21. Authorization to call for bids for the Asphalt Hauling and Dispatch Services 2024-2026. Bid
opening will take place on February 27, 2024, at 3:00 p.m.

22. Purchase Order No. 517 in the amount of $124,876.80 to Ednetics (EDNTC) for the Ednetics One
Support Contract No. WO-60-WAGC-250124-01A. This is a budget software maintenance
expense for February 1, 2024, through January 31, 2029.
23. Purchase Order No. 518 in the amount of $102.,193.91 to CDWGI for Barracuda E-mail
Protection Premium, Cloud Archiving Services, BCDA E-mail SEC Awareness, TRG, and E-mail
Protection Security Awareness Training.
24. Purchase Order No. 519 in the amount of $39,,993.76 to Motorola Solutions (MTRLA) for the
annual license renewal of Flex HUB (Enhanced), Flex Licenses and Permits Maintenance,
Livescan Fingerprinting Interface Maintenance.
