Reimbursement request from New Hope on the Department of Commerce Federal Interagency Agreement, Emergency Housing Fund (EHF) Grant No. 24-4619D-106 in the amount of $11,413.15 for December 2023 expenses. 6. Request for release of fund installment 3 of 5 on Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) No. 2019-10, Port of Royal Slope, Water Line Extension East to Eldorado Stone, in the amount of $26.,600.00. 7. Proclamation for Royal City High School Football Team winning the 2023 Washington State 1A Football Championship. 8. Amendment A on the Washington State Department of Commerce Housing Division, Homelessness Assistance Unit, Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 24-46108-10. The amendment adds unspent 2023 CHG Eviction Prevention Funds in the amount of $706,876.00. 9. Resolution for Recommendation from the Strategic Infrastructure Committee to award application SIP Project No. 2023-05, Grant County Port District No. 4, Coulee City Medical Clinic, in the amount of $779,000.00 grant monies and SIP Project No. 2023-06 Grant County Hospital District No. 4, McKay Healthcare, Engineering and Outdoor Facilities Projects in the amount of $166.,643.00 grant monies. Request to approve American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding application for Coulee City Port District No. 4, $100,000.00 from County Allotment (General Government Services) to install a new HVAC system in their new medical clinic as well as for their library project. The total cost of purchase is $51,757.41 but only $51,000.00 was budgeted in the capital budget. 13. Request to utilize excess funds from a different previously approved project in the amount of $14,,090.29 for the purchase of 5100E Tractor. The total cost of the purchase is $74.,090.29 but only $60,000.00 was budgeted in the capital budget. 14. Request to waive fees and damage deposit for spay and neuter event being held by Sage Hills Veterinary Clinic, Adams County Pet Rescue, and Pawsitive Alliance at the fairgrounds. 15. Request to purchase chemicals from Wilbur Ellis in the amount of $12,584.09 under State Contract No. 02917. PROSECUTING ATTORNEY 16. Appointment and Oath of Office of Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Christopher Ries of Ries Law Firm P.S., to perform and render legal assistance, and counsel regarding the duties and responsibilities pertaining to Daryl Pheasant, elected Treasurer of Grant County. Term is from appointment through December 31, 2024. 17. Appointment and Oath of Office of Special Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Sean Boutz and Christopher Kerley of Evans, Craven, and Lackie, P.S., of Spokane, WA LLP to perform and render legal assistance, advice, and Litigation if necessary. Oath expires December 31, 2024. 18. Out-of-state travel request for Sawyer VanGuilder to attend the Karpel Solutions National User Group Meeting in St. Louis, MO., April 02, 2024, through April 04, 2024. Request to purchase Bailey Bridge parts from Sole Source vendor, Bailey Bridge Inc., in the amount of $80,709.97 not including tax, to construct a temporary bridge at Road W -SE over the canal. 21. Request for bids to overhaul a 500 -gallon skid sprayer with a Raven double injection system for Grant County Public Works Vegetation Program. Held from January 16, 2024, Consent Agenda: Baldrige Fellows Program Tuition request in the amount of $30,000.00 for Dell Anderson to participate in the 2024 Baldrige Executive Fellows Program. The total price covers lodging and meals. 25. Held from the January 16, 2024, Consent Agenda: Out -of -State travel request for Dell Anderson to attend (3) different sessions of the Baldrige Fellows Program. The first date of travel would be April 7-10, 2024, to National Harbor, MD. The second date of travel would be May 15-16, 2024" to Towson, MD. The third date of travel would be September 17-18 to Kansas City, Mo. The total cost of travel is $1,891.00. 26. Request to approve the purchase of Professional Liability Insurance for Kylie Sanchez, ARNP from Admiral Insurance Company in the amount of $5,360.25. 27.
