Request to surplus sheep pens from Barn 28 and Barn 21 to the Douglas County Fairgrounds in the amount of $1.00. FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE X19. Request to approve a new HVAC mini -split system for the Grant County Museum. Upon approval, a proposal and acceptance will be signed with Basin Refrigeration who provided the lowest bid of $5,766.89 to complete the work. This will be funded from the Museum Programmed Maintenance Funds 304.001. NEW HOPE " 20. Out-of-state travel request for Elisa Adolphsen and Trisha Glenn to attend the International Symposium on Child Abuse in Huntsville, AL., March 18, 2024 —through March 22, 2024. The total cost of travel is $4,242.00. PUBLIC DEFENSE "'21. 2024-2025 Professional Services Agreement Conflict and Overflow Investigator with Gary Way aka Way Investigations to provide investigative services to assist the Grant County Public Defense. The term of this agreement is January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025. PUBLIC WORKS � 22. Request to rent a dump truck from NC Machinery for a duration of 3 months for Solid Waste and the removal of 160,000 tons of material from phase 4. Amendment Nine with Paramatrix which provides for professional services to perform new interim remedial actions at the Ephrata Landfill. Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Contract with Junior S Mowing for the landscape and grounds maintenance for the Renew (Quincy) location.
