Congratulations! You have been selected to participate in the 2024 Baldrige Executive
g Fellows Program,
the only leadership development fellowship that provides one-on-one access to Baldrige Award recipients
and the opportunity to learn role -model leadership strategies from these experienced p d executives.
The first session of the 2024 Fellows Program will take place Sunda through Wednesday, Y g April 7-10., 2024
in National Harbor, Maryland. This is concurrent with the 35th Baldrige Quest for Excellence' Ilence Conference,
and Fellows will also have time to attend this conference In this session you will begin
' � y gin to learn from and
network with executives from Baldrige Award -recipient organizations, as well as the other executives in
your cohort.
In the coming weeks, you will receive additional information about the Fellows Program, g am, the capstone
project you will design and implement within your organization, and the four additional required q fired sessions.
Each face-to-face session will involve prework, post -meeting communication and technical hnical assistance to
ensure that you get the most out of your participation in the Fellows Program. Dates of

To guarantee your slot in this year's program, please complete the encloseda •
p yment form and submit
your payment no later than February 16, 2024. Attention to this date is important, as we will be securing
hotel rooms for all Fellows for the first meeting and will need an accurate number.
We are looking forward to another productive year of excellent meetings, discussions
