Ephrata, WA 98823 Attn: Shilo Nellis, 500 Gallon Sprayer Overhaul Description This is a formal request for bids to overhaul a 500 gallon skidsprayer with a Raven double injection system for Grant County Public Works Vegetation Program. This work must beer p formed by a Raven Platinum Partner Dealer with a field service truck for mobile repair. Any fabrication work must be performed by a certified welder. General Specifications The truck and sprayer are available for inspection at: 124 Enterprise St. Ephrata WA 98823 • Swap flatbed from old spray truck,. F450, to a new F550 chassis. This should include labor and new hardware if required, as well as all applicable wiring. • Swap Sprayer Skid. • Install new High Current Power. • Replace Lower Spray head with identical unit of Item #54 of DES Contract #02818. • New Console mount. • Replace old Honda Motor with new Electric Start GX160. • Replace hose reel with new 100' electric hose reel, including hose Yg ands spray un. p • Replace all chemical hoses. • Replace any wiring with Factory Wiring if needed. • Work shall be completed by March 11t, 2024. Instructions to Bidders 1. Sealed Bids, plainly marked BID for 500 Gallon Sprayer Overhaul, will be received by County at the Grant County Public Works Office located in Ephrata WA. 124 Enterprise p Street, Ephrata WA 98823, until 9:00 AM, Thursday February 6th, 2024, and then and there in the Public Meeting Room be opened and publicly read. 2. The bidder shall submit a bid on all items listed, including tax and be a lump sum. 3. Proposal signature sheet(s) must be signed. 4. ALL exceptions or changes to the specifications must be attached to thero osal she p p et(s) in written n form . 5.
