This can only be done by an architect. g A selection committee was formed to score elements delineated in the RFQ their performance record personnel competence, project approach, and responsiveness to the submittal. A perfect score would have been 400 possible points. We received submissions from the following firms. MJ Neal and Associates, Wenatchee Design West Architects, Spokane Meier Architecture & Engineering, Kennewick ALSO Architects, Spokane The Scoring committee for the RFQ included Jim McKie 'Man, Chris Turner, Kevin Schmidt, and me. The committee unanimously concluded that ALSC would be the most qualified selection for thisJro'ect. p ` 1------------- ALSC Arch. With the Board's permission, Central Services will negotiate a contract with ALSC for thisj roect. The project. adopted budget had a cap of $50,000 for this 'ect. If it is discovered p p d that this is not funded appropriately, a discussion will be had with the Board before moving forward.
