A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to close the public
comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by
Commissioner Stone to approve the adoption of this ordinance as presented. Commissioner Carter
seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
