AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.
2. Request to establish a new fund, Fund #105.001, titled Employee Growth and Development.
This fund will be restricted for use on county employee growth, training, and development.
3. Request to establish a new fund, Fund #119.001, titled REST Admin Assessor for the purpose of
separating the Treasurer and Assessor's funds which they will now manage separately.
COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE
4. Grant County Board of Equalization request for Notice of approval to hear Property Tax Appeals,
Grant County Legislative Authority per RCW 84.48.010. The request is to convene for the
purpose of hearing appeals filed for the current year.
5. Reappointment letter for Jason Thaemert to the Grant County Current Use Advisory Board for a
one -year -term beginning January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
6. Reappointment letter for Stephen Phipps to the Grant County Current Use Advisory Board for a
one-year term beginning January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
7. Appointment letter for Cindy Carter to the Quincy Valley Regional Parks District Board of
Commissioners.

8. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Beneficiary Agreement between Grant County and Grant
County Fire District No. 6, in the amount of $100.,000.00 on an advance payment basis for
eligible costs incurred during the period of March 3, 2021, through September 30, 2026
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
9. Ordinance amending the Unified Development Code sections 23.04.050, 24.04.080, 25.12.030,
and section 25.04.080 table 1 per the public hearing that was completed on November 13, 2023.
10. Ordinance amending the Grant County Unified Development Code chapter 23.08 performance
and use standards transient residence requirements of section 23.08.220, allowable use tables
in chapter 23.04 per the public hearing held November 13, 2023.
11. Ordinance amending the Grant County Unified Development Code Section 23.08.020 accessory
uses and structures, amending definitions in Chapter 25.02, and amending the allowable land
use tables in chapter 23.04 per the public hearing held November 13, 2023.
FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
12. Snow Removal Service Contract with Dircio's Landscaping for the snow removal and de-icing of
the Grant County C Street Campus, Youth Services in Ephrata, and the Moses Lake Wheeler
Road Facility. The contract expires on November 15, 2026.
13. Service contract with Otis Elevator for the purpose of maintaining elevators at Courthouse,
Coroner's Office, and Renew. The term of the agreement is January 1, 2024, for a duration of 5
years at the price of $1,600.00 monthly. This purchase will be made through a Department of
Enterprise Services Contract No. 01219.
14. Contract with Limble CMMS and request to purchase computerized maintenance software in
the amount of $15,350.00 (incl. tax) for a term of 2 years.
FAIRGROUNDS
15. Request to purchase software from Placer Labs, INC., in the amount of $7,000.00 for the
purpose of tracking event demographics and attendees for all fairground events. This is a sole -
source purchase and will be funded out of the 2024 Advertising budget.
NFW HOPF
16. Authorization for Director, Suzi Fode to DocuSign the renewal of the Youth Homelessness
Demonstration Project CFDA #14.276, sub -recipient agreement with HopeSource. The terms of
the agreement are October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024, in the amount of $90,025.00.
PHRLIC WORKS
17. Request for a public hearing to declare miscellaneous vehicles, tools, equipment, and other
county -owned property surplus via public auction through www.publicsurplus.com and/or
www.;govdeals.com.

18. Agreement for Services with Eastern Washington University for cultural resources survey for the
Road H -SE project. The term of the agreement is September 25, 2023, through January 31, 2024"
in the amount of $9,387.94.
19. Resolution Notice of Hearing, Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the 2024-2029
years. The hearing will be held on December 5, 2023, at 3:15 p.m.
RENEW
20. Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Contract with Tatum Lawn Care Inc., for the landscape
and ground maintenance for Moses Lake Renew locations, 840 E Plum St., and 836 E Plum St.
The term of the agreement is January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2025.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
21. Request to surplus Bose .Aviation A20 Headset (Asset No. SA20841) and sell to Greg Hutchison in
the amount of $400. This item is no longer of use to deputies.
