1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, as
recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.

3. Special occasion liquor license application for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Moses Lake and their

4. Appointment letter for Joe Ketterer to the Moses Lake Irrigation & Rehabilitation District (MLIRD) to
fill the remaining term for the vacated position #4.
5. Resolution amending Resolution No. 23 -066 -CC relating to the creation of a new fund titled
"Criminal Justice Sales and Use Tax" #117 and directing the Treasurer to invest all funds relating to
this fund.
6. Recommendation to award and disperse a total of $1,554,616.00 of the 2024 Lodging Tax Advisory
Committee (LTAC) funds as follows.-

7. Request to proceed with repairs to Well #2 at the Grant County Fairgrounds. Work will be
completed by Irrigator's Inc. in the amount of $25,203.00.
PUBLIC WORKS
8. Resolution in the matter of adopting the 2024 Annual Road and Construction Program as presented
to the Board on October 17, 2023.
9. Authorization to call for bids for the 9 -NW Reconstruction Project, CRP 22-03. Bid opening will take
place November 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.

10. Contract Design Proposal, Omnia Contract No. R191803, for office furniture in the Grand Coulee
Office in the amount of $38,309.49 including sales tax.
11. Provider Agreement with Community Health Plan of Washington (CHPW) to provide behavioral
health services to Medicaid clients. The agreement will be effective January 1, 2024.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
12. Intergovernmental Agreement between Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission and
Grant County Sheriff's Office to establish a cooperative framework to enhance the performance of
boating safety and education services in the state per RCW 88.02650 and WAC 352-65.010. The
term of the agreement is upon signature of the State Parks Commission through September 30,
2024.

13. Request to surplus Body Armor with external vest, asset # SA20246, to Quincy Police Department in
the amount of $1,143.21 due to Deputy King resigning from Grant County Sheriff Office and
lateraling to the City of Quincy Police Department.
