AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.
COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE
2. Approval of October 23, 2023, Minutes.
3. Special occasion liquor license applications for the Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation and their
event being held February 02, 2024, at the Grant County Fairgrounds 4-H building from the
Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
DISTRICT COURT
4. Request to amend previously approved purchase of Sharp Printer from Kelly Connect. The
previously approved amount did not include taxes. The new total to be approved is $6,906.00.
FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
5. Request to proceed with Convergint Technologies for the door badge system software upgrade
for the Elections Department in the amount of $7,.107.79.

6. Out-of-state travel request for Suzi Fode to attend the Federal Grant Orientation in Washington,
D.C., January 28, 2024, through February 1, 2024. The total cost of travel is $1,916.00.
PUBLIC DEFENSE
7. Contract with West Law (Thomson Reuters) to provide patron access for computer research for
(1) terminal, per RCW 27.24 the law library must be maintained. The term of agreement is
ongoing over 3 years with the cost as follows: Year 1- $1,008.00 monthly, Year 2- $1058.40
monthly, Year 3- $1,,111.32 monthly.

8. Washington State Office of Public Defense (OPD) Agreement No. ICA24014 for the distribution
of grant funds in the amount of $92,818.00 for the purpose of improving the quality of public
defense services in Washington State counties.

9. Request to the County Road Department for reimbursable work for the Town of Coulee City for
the purchase of gravel, sale to be completed no later than December 1, 2023, and not to exceed
$1.1500.00.

10. Out-of-state travel request for Carrie Redding to attend the American Society of Addiction
Medicine (ASAM) conference in Dallas, TX., April 4-7, 2024. The total cost of travel is $3.,055.00
and will be funded from 108.150.
11. Out-of-state travel request for Brian Gwinn to attend the National Drug Court Institute (NDCI)
Training in Oklahoma City, OK., November 27, 2023, through December 2, 2023. The total cost
of travel is $3,300.00 and will be funded from 001.102.
