"I -L (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL)" RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
TO "I -H (HEAVY INDUS- COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
TRIAL)" A PORTION OF
SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP D & L Foundry
19 N., RANGE 28 E.W.M.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant. County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on October 3, 1990 on the
matter of changing the zoning from "I -L (Light Industrial)" to
"I -H (Heavy Industry)" in a portion of Section 18, Township
19 N., Range 28 E.W.M., and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said
recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered
at their regular meeting on October 30 , 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of
Country Commissioners for Grant County does hereby accept. and
adopt the recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission,
and does, by this Resolution, amend the Grant County Comprehensive
Plan and the Official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that
the following described property shall henceforth be zoned as "I -H
(Heavy Industrial)":
9.12 acres in the East 300 feet of Farm Unit 76,
Irrigation Block 41, Columbia Basin Irrigation
Project located in the Southeast 1/4 of Section
18, Township 19 N., Range 29 E.W.M.
