RE: REOUEST FOR RESOLUTION TO INCREASE AGENCY PETTY CASH BY $100
Dear Bob:
This agency currently has a petty cash fund of $65 to assist the
agency with making change, and. fairly small expenditures such as
postage overdue, package mailing, video tape copying, etc.
Please consider this a request to increase our petty cash fund by
$100 which would allow us to make nominal client refunds on a cash
basis in order to preserve client confidentiality in accordance with
Federal Confidentiality Regulations 42 C.F.R., Part 2.
Sincerely,
Frances Brown, Administrator
