WOMAN OF THE YEAR
RESOLUTION NUMBER 90 -14 -CC
WHEREAS, HEIDI BISHOP has brought great honor and recognition
to Grant County, and
WHEREAS, HEIDI BISHOP is a great example of all that is good and
wholesome in the youth of Grant County, and
WHEREAS, HEIDI BISHOP has exhibited a pleasant, caring and out-
going personality, and
WHEREAS, HEIDI BISHOP has delighted all with her talent, and
ability, and
WHEREAS, HEIDI BISHOP has won -many hearts, particularly those of
the people in Grant County,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Grant County Commissioners and
all the citizens of Grant County thank HEIDI BISHOP for representing our
County so very well in becoming the 1990 WASHINGTON STATE YOUNG WOMAN OF
THE YEAR.
