Week of March 19,1990
The Grant County Commissioners session was called to order at 9:00 a.m.
with all of the Commissioners in attendance with the Clerk of the Board.
The Commissioners approved the minutes of the preceeding session.
Chairman Chamberlain was authorized to sign the Notice of Separation
or Work Interruption of Lynn Belnap of the Data Processing Department,
with the termination date of March 31,1990.
The Commissioners approved the Petition for Property Tax Refund of
the following:
#90-3 7th Day Advent Church Amount $17.53
490-4 7th Day Advent Church 193.84
The Commissioners appointed Margaret Dawson to sign the Hartford
Deferred Compensation AGreements for Grant County as long as she is
functioning as the Chief Deputy in the Auditors Office.
The Commissioners received a fully executed copy of Contract #2490-75068(1)
with the Department of Social and Health Services.
The Commissioners approved the purchase of a personal computer
and printer for the Prosecuting Attorney's Office in the total amount
of $3677.37 plus tax.
The Commissioners received the resignation of Bill Gould as a member
of the Grant County Housing Authority.
The Commissioners were notified of the resignation of Prosecuting
Attorney, Paul Klasen effective April 30,1990 at 5:00 p.m.
The Commissioners notified the following individuals that they were
considered to have resigned from the Grant County CPN Committee by their
action of voting to disband the Committee at the meeting in Royal City:
LeRoy Allison, Jerry Allred, Andrew Perkins, Dwain Forester, Steve McDonald,
and Carolyn DuVall.
The Commissioners signed the 1990 Dispatch Services Agreement with
Fire District #4.
The Commissioners met with various Department Heads and Elected
Officials regarding matters of mutual concern.
As there was no further business the session was continued until
March 20,1990.

The session was continued at 9:00 a.m. with all of the Commissioners
in attendance with the Clerk of the Board.
The Commissioners met with the Public Works Department regarding
Contract Execution -Pavement Patcher, Spring Clean-up, Valley Road,
Road Improvement Discussion.
The Commissyoners signed a contract with Northwest Manufacturing of
Billings, Mt. for the purchase of one pavement patcher.
As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approved for pay-
ment those vouchers included in the list filed in the Auditors Office
3/19/90 in the total amount of $112,750.84.
The Commissioners filed a news release regarding the CPN Committee
status, and indicated their intention to continue the process of negotiating
with Rabanco to mitigate impacts of the site if it is permitted.
As there was no further business the session was adjourned until March
26,1990.
