AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing, and made available to the Board.
2. Request to amend a previously approved request to purchase an additional Accessible Voting
Unit due to taxes not being included in the approved purchase amount. The previously
approved amount was $5,436.00, the newly requested amount is $456.62 more to include taxes
for a new total of $5,892.62.
3. Request that the Auditor's 0 & M Fund 124.166 be set up as an investment fund with the
Treasurer's Office.
4. Request to change the name of Fund 311.001 from Prop 1 Sales Tax to New Jail Equipment
Replacement.
5. Cash transfer request in the amount of $11,340,364.73 from fund 311.001 Prop 1 Sales Tax to
the newly created fund 117.000.
6. Budget extension request in the amount of $15.,821,,056.00 for fund 117.000 Prop 1 Sales Tax for
bond payments, ending fund balance and wages.
7. Budget extension request in the amount of $2,.530,,833.00 for fund 311.001 for a prior period
adjustment.
CENTRAL SERVICES
8. Request to amend the previously signed Preconstruction Services Contract with Lydig
Construction. Amendment No. 1 includes the addition of designated pre construction services
performed by mechanical (MC/CM) McDonald Miller, and electrical (EC/CM) Arc Electric,
subcontractors added to the Project in the amount of $40,000.00 each for a total of $80,000.00.

9. Approval of Grant County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee Tourism Promotion Agreement No.
2023-22 to the Mattawa/Desert Aire Lions Club for their Hot Desert Nights event in the amount
of $4,000.00.
10. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) beneficiary agreement with the Quincy Senior Center in the
amount of $5,000.00 on an advance payment basis for eligible costs incurred during the period
of March 3, 2021, through September 30, 2026.
11. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) beneficiary agreement with the Wellness Place in the amount
of $10,000.00 on an advance payment basis for eligible costs incurred during the period of
March 3, 2021, through September 30, 2026.
NEW HOPE
12. Request for Director Suzi Fode to DocuSign Washington State Department of Commerce Federal
Interagency Agreement with New Hope through the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy
Community Services Division, Grant No. 24-31310-165, for Core and Specialized Sexual Assault
Services SFY 2024. The term of the agreement is July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, in the
amount of $216,190.00 (core) and $97,460.00 (specialized) for a total of $313,650.00.
13. Request for Director Suzi Fode to DocuSign Amendment B on the Washington State Department
of Commerce Community Services Division, Office of Crime Victims Advocacy, Children's
Advocacy Center Child Centered Services VOLA Initiative, Grant No. F20-31219-401. The
purpose of the amendment is to de -obligate year one services and add year two funding in the
amount of $243,210.58.
PHRI_IC WORKS
14. Resolution initiation County Road Project designated as. CRP No. 23-04, Baseline W Road (Silica
Road 0.13 Miles West of V -SW), Gorge Amphitheater -Baseline Road widening for Queuing Lane
in the amount of $705,900.00.
15. Request to the County Road Department for Reimbursable Work with Adams County for Asphalt
Plan Inspection for Deal Rd. Project No. 2, in the amount of $7,000.00. Work is to be completed
from August 28, 2023, to September 12, 2023.
PUBLIC DEFENSE
16. Pursuant to RCW 27.24.040, submittal of the 2022 Annual Report which includes the Law Library
Inventory List, Detailed Trail Balance, and Treasurer Report (schedule of cash activity) for the
Grant County Law Library.
17. Sub -Participating addendum under the NASPO Valuepoint Wireless Communication Services and
Equipment Master Agreement Number: MA149 with participating entity, Grant County dba
Renew to provide cellular services for Renew through FirstNet (ATT&T)
