UMMARY OF WORK
EXTERIOR WORK
o All siding and metal removed from building.
o Removed particle board substructure and inadequate purlins on building exterior.
■ Replaced purlins on 2' centers with 2"x4" material.
o Removed excess dirt piles around building.
o Cut parking lot grade down for drainage into swale.
o Formed concrete sidewalk around building.
■ Installed #4 rebar into sidewalk and dowelled all forklift bays into existing foundation.
o Re -graveled back side of building.
o Dug septic test hole and acquired approved septic design.
o Installed 1-1/4" city water tie in with frost -proof fittings and standpipe.
INTERIOR WORK
o Reframed all garage doors to match 12' opening.
o Reinforced old section of building with 50' steel beam and posts.
o Added extra angle supports into old trusses.
o Installed 2"x4" purlins on 2' center across entire ceiling for sheetrock.
o Framed in 3 access doors into ceiling.
o Replaced existing tool room and well room roof with new plywood.
o Reattached exterior walls to the foundation with up-to-date anchors.
o Installed hurricane straps on trusses to bring up to code.
o Furred out interior garage door wall to 2 "x6" .
o Removed and framed in exterior window.
o Framed in 10'x12' bathroom.
■ Installed 2'x8' ceiling with 3/" plywood above bathroom.
■ Used lag bolts and heavy-duty angle brackets to secure ceiling for load support for storage above bathroom.
ELECTRICAL WORK
o Installed oversized electrical conduit from Building #3 to Building #2.
o Installed electrical conduit from Building #2 to Gate #3.
o Submitted 60% downpayment on all electrical work.
