AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
2. Request to create a special revenue fund #117.000 — Criminal Justice Sales & Use Tax. This new
fund will hold revenues from the Proposition 1— Sales and Use Tax from Criminal Justice
Funding monies.
COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE
3. Invoices
4. Request to identify representatives to sit on the Grant County Emergency Operations Center,
Washington Restoration Framework, and the Washington Recovery Group, with Emergency
Management for the Grant County Columbia Generating Station Emergency Response Team.
5. Washington State Department of Commerce Federal Interagency Agreement with Grant County
through The Homeless Assistance Unit, Contract No. 24-4619D-106 for Emergency Housing Fund
(EHF). The term of the agreement is July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, in the amount of
$1,154,338.00. Upon signature of the contract, a public hearing and budget extension are
requested.
6. Resolution in the matter of proposing a resolution in support of the City of Quincy's Resolution
No. 23-628, providing for the submission of a proposition to the qualified electorate of Quincy
School District No. 144 at the general election to be held on November 7, 2023, for the approval
or rejection of the creation of the Quincy Valley Regional Parks District pursuant to Chapter
35.61 RCW.
7. An interim ordinance adopting a six-month moratorium on the establishment, re -location, or
licensure of production and processing of recreational marijuana or marijuana infused products
and directing the scheduling of a public hearing.
FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
8. Contract with Asbestos Central, LLC for the asbestos abatement at the church located at the
Grant County Museum in the amount of $25,772.10. The project was approved at the 7/18/23
Consent Agenda. -

9. Request to authorize Fairgrounds Director to sign contracts up to $45.,000 for the 2023 Grant
County Fair due to increased costs of entertainment etc.
10. Request for Barbara Vasquez as well as Brittany Lutz to help at the Grant County Fair during the
week of August 11-19, 2023.
JUVENILE COURT AND YOUTH SERVICES
11. Request to close fund #001.117 titled Diversion Monitor Change Fund due to no longer having a
use need for this fund. Upon approval, the balance of $50.00 will be deposited into #001.000.
12. Request for Director, Suhail Palacios to Docu-Sign the Washington State Department of Children,
Youth and Families (DCYF) County Program Agreement No. 2363-48765, for the purpose of
funding and supporting program services. The term of the agreement is July 1, 2023, through
June 30, 2025.

13. Children's Advocacy Centers of Washington Contract No. 190 -A -GRANT -CAP -23 to provide
funding for a portion of the forensic interview services at Kids Hope. The term of the contract is
July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024, in the amount of $52,430.00. -

14. Request to the Grant County Road Department for the reimbursable work for the Town of
Wilson Creek for the railroad / Kathy Boulevard Road repair work. Work should be completed no
later than October 31, 2023, with a maximum payment amount of $16,500.00.
15. Washington State Department of Transportation Local Agency Agreement No. LA10624
Supplement No. 1 for the Silica Road Overlay project, in the amount of $1,,240.,400.00.
RENEW
16. Washington State Healthcare Authority Contract for Prevention and Promotion of Client
Services Contract No. K6946 for the purpose of providing substance use disorder prevention and
mental health promotion services to individuals, families, and communities. The terms of the
agreement are July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025, with a maximum payable amount of
$1.,710,1000.00.
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
17. Contract with Darrell Doolittle for the vehicle upfitting and maintenance of 1heriff's Office
Vehicles. The term of the contract is 5 years upon signature.
