1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc.
2. Commercial Lease Agreement between Mario and Cindy Padilla and New Hope & Kids Hope for
additional office space at 311 W. Third Avenue in Moses Lake in the amount of $2,300/month.
Term is July 1, 2019 through May 31, 2022.
3. Anticipating: Washington Rural Counties Insurance Program 2019-2020 Renewal Application
`� and its accompanying Privacy &Network Supplemental Application.
4. Recommendation from the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) Advisory Committee on the
following SIP Projects:
SIP Project 2019-06: Port of Mattawa -- Southern Grant County Hotel Feasibility Study Da"
for approval of $13,500 grant funding — BOCC decided not to fund this project; and
SIP Project 2019-07: City of George -- Frontage Road Electrical Infrastructure
Improvements for approval in $40,000 grant funding and approval of $40,000 in loan
funding; and
SIP Project 2019-08: Port of Royal Slope — Waterline Extension — Eldorado for approval
in $84,000 grant funding -- BOCC decided to fund this project at $97,500 grant funding,
Contingent on CERB funding.
5. BOCC Resolution re Strategic Infrastructure Project (hereafter "SIP") Advisory Committee
Recommendations for Funding (SIP Nos 2019-06 through 2019-08).
6. Interagency Agreement between Grant County Health District, Moses Lake Healthy Youth
Partnership 365 and Grant Integrated Services. The agreement provides a mechanism for the
collaborative work, completion of deliverables, and transfer of funds necessary to carry out the
priority health improvement initiatives associated with the NCW Youth Marijuana Prevention
and Education Program. Term is July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
7. Anticipating: Resolution Authorizing Execution of Interagency Agreement (Interlocal
Agreement) between Grant County Health District, Grant Integrated Services and Moses Lake
Healthy Youth Partnership 365 regarding NCW Youth Marijuana Prevention and Education
Program.
8. Interagency Agreement IAA20039 Between Washington State Administrative Office of the Court
and Grant County Juvenile Court for the Support of CASA Programs for the purpose of increasing
the number of children served by court-appointed advocates in dependency matters or to
reduce the average caseload of volunteers to recommended CASA standards. Term is July 1,
2019 through June 30, 2020 with compensation in the amount of $771621.
9. Anticipating: Resolution Authorizing Execution of Interagency Agreement (Interlocal
Agreement) between Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts and Grant County
Juvenile Court for the Support of CASA Programs.
10. Supported Living/Group Home Exhibit C, Revision No. 200100, on Washington State Department
of Social & Health Services (DSHS) Contract No. 1963-57191 with Grant Integrated Services'
Developmental Disabilities Department.
11. Amendment 1 to the Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) County
Program Agreement, Community Based Domestic Violence Program Emergency Shelter &
Supportive Services, DSHS Agreement No. 1963-59401. The amendment is an "administrative
error to the dollar amount, $516,039, located in the Special Terms and Conditions of the
Contract under Section 8. Consideration, subsection b. (3), is found to be in error and changed
to read as follows: $267,270.00."

12. Anticipating Lease agreement between Grant County (Grant Integrated Services-GrIS) and Grant
County Public Hospital District No. 5 / Mattawa Community Medical Clinic for GrIS to lease office
space at the clinic located at 215 1St Street and Columbia, Mattawa, WA in the amount of
$1,000.00 per month. Term is August 1, 2019 through July 30, 2020.
