1. Possible vouchers for insurance, legal services, grant administration, etc.
2. Washington Rural Counties Insurance Program 2019-2020 Renewal Application and its
accompanying Privacy & Network Supplemental Application.
3. Interagency Agreement IAA20071 Between Washington State Administrative Office of the
Courts and Grant County Juvenile Court for the Support of BECCA Programs and Services for the
purpose of processing Truancy, At Risk Youth (ARY) and Child in Need of Services (CHINS)
programs. Term is July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 with compensation in the amount of
$80,597.
4. Anticipating: Resolution Authorizing Execution of Interagency Agreement (Interlocal
Agreement) between Washington State Administrative Office of the Courts and Grant County
Juvenile Court for BECCA Programs and Services.
5. Lease agreement between Grant County (Grant Integrated Services-GrIS) and Grant County
Public Hospital District No. 5 / Mattawa Community Medical Clinic for GrIS to lease office space
at the clinic located at 215 11t Street and Columbia, Mattawa, WA in the amount of $1,000.00
per month. Term is August 1, 2019 through July 30, 2020.
6. Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) Non -Discrimination Agreement
Annual Report for Grant County. This report is required pursuant to WSDOT's Title VI Program
Non -Discrimination Agreement, WSDOT's Approval letter to that agreement, and WSDOT's
Highways and Local Programs Local Agency Guidelines Manual (Chapter 28), the annual
accomplishment and update report is for the reporting period January 1, 2018 to December 31,
2018.
7. Department of Public Defense application to the Washington State Office of Public Defense for
2019 RCW 10.101 funds to improve the quality of public defense services for juveniles and
adults.
8. Port of Mattawa request for extension of time on Strategic Infrastructure Project (SIP) 2018-11,
Sentinel Gap Industrial & Commercial Water Study 2018, from August 20, 2019 to November 41
2019.
9. 2019 Agreement Regarding Use of County Property for Public Purpose between Grant County
and the American Legion Art Semro Post 28 and American Legion Auxiliary, for its annual Patriot
Day even to be held September 11, 2019 in front of the Grant County Courthouse at 5:00 p.m.
10. Resolution declaring the intent of the County to adopt legislation to authorize a sales and use
tax for affordable and supportive housing in accordance with Substitute House Bill 1406
(Chapter 338, Laws of 2019), and other matters related thereto.
11. Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between Grant County and the Grant County Conservation District
for the administration of Contract K2011 between Grant County and the Washington State
Conservation Commission for Voluntary Stewardship Program. This ILA, if approved, will be
valid from July 2019 to June 2021.

13. Washington State Department of Social & Health Services (DSHS) Contract (Workfirst Onsite
Family Violence Services) Contract No. 19112-61820, with New Hope Domestic Violence and
Sexual and Assault Services and DSHS' Economic Services Administration, Division of Community
Services. Funding is in the amount of $31,000. Term of the contract is July 1, 2019 through June
30, 2021.
