ATTACHMENT A — SCOPE OF WORK AND BUDGET
Grantee: Grant County
Contract No. 20-6221C-111 Amendment C
Section Ao. Project Description / Deliverable
Grant County is awarded a $575,518 CDBG-CV1 Grant and a $353,847 CDBG-CV2 Grant. The county will make $570,118 in CDBG-CV1 funds available to the Opportunities
Industrialization Center (OIC), as grant subrecipient. These funds will result in new and increased CDBG eligible public services and microenterprise assistance for the
Grant County CDBG-CV1 consortium service area, provided by both the OIC and the County itself. The project will provide essential assistance to stabilize eligible
households and microenterprises impacted by COVID-19 and create economic opportunities.
Combining the CDBG-CV1 and CDBG-CV2 awards, the total amount of the CDBG-CV grant to Grant County is $929,365.
For eligible public services, the project will benefit approximately 3,700 persons and target services to limited clientele with principally low -and moderate -incomes, based
on a LMI household qualification process. For eligible microenterprise businesses, the project will benefit approximately 40 low -and moderate -income microenterprise
businesses based on a LMI qualification process. CDBG-CV funded activities will prevent, prepare for, and respond to the coronavirus.
