6. Reimbursement request from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the Department of
Commerce CDBG Grant No. 22-62210-005 in the amount of $16,781.51 for January -April 2023
expenses.
7. Agreement amending Washington State Department of Commerce Community Services and
Housing Division Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 22-46108-08, sub -recipient agreement
between Grant County and Housing Authority of Grant County. The amendment increases the
maximum total amount payable by $132,608.00 for a new total of $1,882,723.00.
8. Agreement amending Washington State Department of Commerce Community Services and
Housing Division Emergency Solutions Grant-Covid 19 (ESG-CV) No. 20-4613C-100, sub -recipient
agreement between Grant County and the City of Moses Lake. The amendment increases the
maximum total amount payable by $193,403.00 for a total of $1,714,775.83.
9. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Beneficiary Agreement between Grant County and Coulee City
Senior Citizens in the amount of $5,000.00 on an advance payment basis for eligible costs
incurred during the period of March 3, 2021, through September 30, 2026.
10. Washington State Department of Social and Health Services Agreement on General Terms and
Conditions. The term of the agreement is July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2029.
11. Request from HopeSource to allow Portability of Assistance Funds into Kittitas County through

the Department of Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (E -RAP 2.0) Grant No. 21-
4619C-108.

14. Request to adjust a previously approved purchase request for courtroom technology in
courtrooms 209 and 301. The previously approved amount was $298,787.00 and has now
increased by $1,032.56 for a new price of $299,819.90.

15. Request to proceed with the Jail Terminal Unit Replacement with the lowest bidder, MacDonald
