drivers. We are currently missing a Road Foreman acting as a Bridge Supervisor.

AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
2. Request to close the Sheriff's Investigation Revolving Account (SIRA)(001.114) in the amount of
$13.,000 and request to establish INET Revolving Fund (109.151) in the amount of $18.,000.

5. Amendment 1 on the Washington State Department of Commerce Community Development
Block Grant No. 22-62210-005. The amendment would increase the project budget by
$122,000.00 for a new total of $250,000.00 as well as extend the end date from June 30, 2023"
to June 30, 2024.
6. 2023 Agreement Regarding Use of County Property for Public Purpose between Grant County
and Ephrata Chamber for their annual Sage N Sun event being held June 9-10, 2023.
7. 2023 Agreement Regarding Use of County Property for Public Purpose between Grant County
and Ephrata Chamber for their annual Car Show and Shine, Anything with Wheels Event being
held July 15, 2023.
8. Special occasion liquor license application for Desert Aire Golf & Country Club and their event to
be held at the Snack Shack/Desert Aire Golf Course & Country Club, Mattawa, WA on July 21,
2023, from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
9. Appreciation letter to Bill Burke for his 22 -year service on the Grant County Tourism Board as
Marketing Director.
10. New cannabis license application for Trinity Productions located at 5735 Rd. L SE STE A, in Moses
Lake, WA from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
11. Reimbursement request from Fire District #5 (Moses Lake) on the American Rescue Plan Act
(ABPA) funding in the amount of $45,.089.23 for the purchase of a 2021 Cross County 373RT Tilt
Deck Equipment Trailer.
12. Reimbursement request from Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) on the Department of
Commerce CDBG CV1 Grant No. 20-6221C-111 in the amount of $19.,190.39 for February 2023
expenses.
13. Reimbursement request from Renew on the Department of Commerce CDBG CV1 Grant No. 20-
6221C-111 in the amount of $22,414.85.

14. Reimbursement travel authorization for Rob Jones to attend the Department of Commerce HAU
Grantee & Balance of State CoC Forum in Leavenworth, WA on June 28 & June 29, 2023. travel
would be estimated to mileage expenses in the amount of $117.90 and a two -nights hotel stay
in the amount of $298.00 not including taxes or fees.
