5. American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Beneficiary Agreement with Grant County Fire District #10
(Royal City) in the amount of $100,000 on a reimbursement payment basis for the provision of
fire and public safety services. The term of the agreement is March 3, 2021, through December
31, 2026.
6. Request to Grant County Safety Committee to establish a Safety Committee Fund and budget in
the amount of $5,000.00 annually.
7. Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board notice of Change of Location Application from
Manna Production to move from 5579 Big Springs Ranch Rd., Wenatchee, WA to 28097 Baird

8. Reimbursement request from the Housing Authority of Grant County on the Department of
Commerce Eviction Rent Assistance Program (ERAP 2.0) Grant No. 21-4619C-108 in the amount
of $6,409.26 for April 2023 expenses.
9. Reimbursement request from the Housing Authority of Grant County on the Department of
Commerce Consolidated Homeless Grant (CHG) No. 22-46108-10 in the amount of $36,,090.71
