HWC: The Committee recommends implementation.
HUB: HUB concurs with this recommendation. The risk avoidance
benefits of the service will more than compensate for the
expense of the benefit.

Change: Increase annual hardware benefit from $300 to $500.
HWC: The Committee recommends implementation.
HUB: HUB identified that there is no harm to making this change
but that it is a greater benefit than is normally seen in vision
tans.

Change: a) Extend the deadline for the 2020 plan to 12/31/20 in order
to support additional participation.

HUB: HUB recommends that we review the plan for 2021. Best
practice and our experience would indicate that the stipend
has been set too low.
