HUB: HUB identified that there is no harm to making this change but that it is a greater benefit than is normally seen in vision tans. Wellness Program I ® Approved ❑ Denied ❑ Pending Change: a) Extend the deadline for the 2020 plan to 12/31/20 in order to support additional participation. b) Continue program for 2021 (same requirements as 2020; complete 4 out of 6 approved activities for incentive). HWC: The Committee recommends implementation. HUB: HUB recommends that we review the plan for 2021. Best practice and our experience would indicate that the stipend has been set too low.
