Grant County for the Grape and Maple Drive project (CRP 18-05) grading, drainage, curb and

3. Recommendation for approval of Phase 6 small business & non-profit grants through the
Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) CARES Act Grant with the Department of Commerce, payable to
the Grant County Economic Development Council in the total amount of $110,000.00.
4. Recommendation for approval of Phase 7 small business & non-profit grants through the
Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF) CARES Act Grant with the Department of Commerce, payable to
the Grant County Economic Development Council in the total amount of $116,028.00.
5. Letters of appointment for Jodi Zimbelman as the primary voting member to the Health and
Wellness Committee representing the Commissioner's Office; and to Barbara Vasquez as the
alternate.
6. Letter of re -appointment for Ann Mix to the Housing Authority of Grant County for another 5 -

Housing Division, Housing Assistance Unit Contract No. 316-46108-10 for COVID-19 Outbreak
Emergency Housing Grant in the amount of $388,462.00. The amendment extends the end date
to lune 30, 2021.
11. Recommendation from the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) Advisory Committee to
approve the following:
a. SIP Project #2020-05: Port of Quincy— Industrial Park #4 Rail Extension Conceptual Plan
for a grant amount of $42,500.00 and a loan in the amount of $42,500.00 for a total
amount of $85,000.00;
b. SIP Project #2020-06 Port of Quincy— Intermodal Yard Container Expansion Phase 2 for
a grant amount of $300,000.00.
12. Request for release of funds on Strategic Infrastructure Program SIP Project No. 2019-11, Grant
County Public Hospital District No. 1, Samaritan Healthcare in the amount of $100,000.00
(grant).
13. 2021 Marketing/Development Contract between Grant County Tourism Commission and Burke
Marketing and Promotion (Bill Burke) for tourism promotion of Grant County. Term is January
1, 2021 through December 31, 2021 in the amount of $36,000.00.
14. Change of location application for MOET Hennessy USA to Quincy, WA, from the Washington
State Liquor and Cannabis Board.
15. Reimbursement No. CFR 20-27 on the Department of Commerce Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF)
through CARES Act Grant No. 20-65410-013 reimbursement to Grant County Fire District No. 3
the period of June 1, 2020 through November 15, 2020 in the amount of $7,608.68.
16. Reimbursement No. CFR 20-28 on the Department of Commerce Coronavirus Relief Funds (CRF)
through CARES Act Grant No. 20-6541C-013 reimbursement to Grant County Fire District No. 13
the period of October 1, 2020 through November 15, 2020 in the amount of $10,000.00.

17. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
18. Request to purchase 12 laptop computers, docking stations, and related equipment in the
amount of $33,932.16 from CDW-G (through Technology Services). If approved, they will be
requesting reimbursement from the CARES Act funding.
FAIRGROUNDS
�n 19. Request to have their Ardell sign restored by the original maker, Terry Signs, for the amount of
$1,000.00 using previously allocated landscape capital budget funds.
20. Request to purchase (in 2021) a new tractor and have it added to their capital budget
expenditure list, for the estimated amount of $85,000.00.
NEW HOPE
21. Lease Agreement (Residential Premises) with New Hope (Emergency Shelter Renewal). Term is
January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022.
