The Commissioners discussed with Grant County Elected Officials and Department Heads how
the virus is impacting their office.

A motion was made by Commissioner Taylor, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to approve items 1
through 4 on the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
1. Request to Purchase One (1) Boss V -XT 8' 2" Steel w/ Installation - Boss V -Plow from Northend
Truck Equipment in the amount of $17,399.98 through the DES contract #01117. (Approved)
2. Request to Purchase One (1) 20201RB CARR ASSY LFD W/FEM; Fork Coupler from Pape
Machinery in the amount of $6,296.00 through Sourcewell Discount #032119. (Approved)
3. Resolution No. 20 -082 -CC notice of hearing in the matter of declaring certain county -owned
property surplus and ordering the sale thereof: Miscellaneous Vehicles and Equipment. The
hearing was set for October 27, 2020 at 1:30 p.m. (Approved)
4. Update to the Certification Acceptance (CA) Agreement between Grant County and the
Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) authorizing Grant County to perform
certain elements of project development and construction administration, as defined in the
agreement. (Approved)

A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, to approve items 1
through 16 on the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously.

12. Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those
expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090,
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. (Approved in the amount of
$661,155.44)
CENTRAL SERVICES
13. Budget extension request in the amount of $555,528.00 to receive Administrative Office of the
Courts (AOC) grant funds to pay for needed technology in the courtrooms utilized by Superior
Court. (Approved, the public hearing was scheduled for October 27, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.)
SHERIFF'S OFFICE
14. Gorge Amphitheater Alcohol Operating Plan, May 2020, between Grant County, by and through
the Grant County Sheriff's Office, and Legends Music, LLC and Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. and
submitted to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. Term is May, 2020 through
December 31, 2020. (Approved)
TECHOLOGY SERVICES
15. Purchase Order No. 336 for the TeamViewer Renewal Subscription with AddOn Channel and
Mobile Support in the amount of $12,961.20. (Approved)
