Home My WebLink AboutResolution 20-066-CCBOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington RESOLUTION: NOTICE OF HEARING RESOLUTION No. 20 - J b � -CC IN THE MATTER OF SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT FUND DISPOSAL FEE RATE INCREASE WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners desires to conduct a public hearing on its intention to adjust rates at Grant County operated disposal facilities to meet both current and future needs, and WHEREAS, it is the intention of Grant County Public Works to adjust the rates at Grant County operated disposal facilities on January 1, 2021, and WHEREAS, the following fee schedules showing the increased fees will be considered: see ATTACHMENTS A & B. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners at the Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 1:30 P.M. on Sept 8, 2020, and anyone either for or against these proposed actions may appear and be heard.
