1. Schedule Changes
a. Furloughing Friday August 7th
b. Lunch offsets due to meetings during the 12-1 hour
c. Planning commission meetings & offset of hours
2. 2 Tort claims received today
3. Grants Update
a. ALL Grants: working with accounting to create revenue codes for each grant so we
can track appropriately.
b. CARES Act Grant: Accounting has asked that I audit their reports sent to identify
issues or double entry
c. CDBG-CV1—Still trying to wrap my head around this grant and all of the details.
i. would like to reach out to OIC to see if they would be willing to help
administer this grant or get guidance on how they administer our normal
CDBG-PSG Grant if we choose to keep the administration within GC
ii. First step is to send letters to all of the cities to ask if they are interested in
participating in the consortium option.
