RE: Tax Title Application for Parcels 07-0851-000, 07-0867-000 and 07-0871-000
Enclosed are Application for Resale of Tax Title Property for parcels 07-0851-000, 07-0867-000 and 07-
0871-000. The offer is for a total of 130.50 for the three parcels. The Assessed Value of these parcels
total $180.00. These three parcels were in the 2013 Foreclosure sale. While the offer to purchase is
lower than the total assessed value on the attachment, these parcels are surrounded by other parcels
the applicant owns that could be merged and made more useful plus is in areas with little access to
services. My recommendation is for you to approve this offer and allow this application to be processed
and deed created to change ownership.

COUNTY OF GRANT ) ss:
WHEREAS, the real property, described in the attached "Application for Re -sale of Tax Title Property",
was heretofore acquired by the County of Grant, State of Washington, for delinquent taxes under tax foreclosure
suit, and a deed for said real property was duly and regularly executed and delivered to said County by the County
Treasurer in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington: and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of said County deem it for the best interest of said
County to sell said real property herein before described.
Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered by the Board of County Commissioners of said County that the County
Treasurer be and is hereby directed to advertise and sell at public sale to the highest bidder either for all cash on the
day of sale and the County Treasurer to issue deed to the property as described in application. It is further ordered
that each unit of said described property shall not be sold for less than the minimum price as specified in application
on front page.

in a weekly newspaper published in said County for three consecutive publications. This notice shall set forth the

at Ephrata, Grant County, Washington. Said sale may be adjourned from day to day by public announcement of said
County Treasurer at the time and place designated in such notice of sale.
