amount of $36,840.66.

7. Purchase order #318 to SmartDraw Software LLC for annual renewal for site license in the
amount of $10,838.92.

8. Request to move forward with the Musco Lighting project for the Fairgrounds using a grant from
the Washington State Department of Commerce in the amount of $281,300.00.
